Best Manifesting was founded in 2006 with the goal of offering cost effective software to support the latest in parcel shipping technology. We are a USPS Pre-Certified eVS & IMpb vendor offering multi-carrier options with our user-friendly product Best Ship™. We hold several certifications and offer custom development to ensure our clients’ satisfaction. Best Ship™ is integrated to parcel carriers, marketplaces, inventory management companies, and hardware companies, supporting both domestic and international shipping options. We work with companies ranging from 100 to 500,000 parcels per day and are currently supporting several USPS NSA contracts. The Best Ship™ software includes many features and options that separate us from other companies offering shipping solutions. Our desktop solution offers speed and reliability, while also providing the flexibility that a company needs to support a high volume of parcels. Best Ship™ supports all levels of order fulfillment including, but not limited to; SAME DAY, OVERNIGHT, 2DAY, EXPEDITED, and STANDARD and has designed a system that ensures each parcel is processed using a shipping service which delivery objective then cost is considered. Our support of all services, use of Rate Shop Profiles, ability to customize and override, in conjunction with the Best Ship™ “Time In Transit Reports” gives any company shipping parcels the tools they need to be successful.

- No permit imprint application fee (annual mailing permit fees will apply if required for a mail class; however, mailers migrating to eVS are not required to pay additional annual fees if their annual fees are current with an existing local permit at the time the eVS permit is opened; annual fees are due for the eVS permit for eligible mail classes at the time of the annual fee’s renewal)
- Bypass traditional Mail Acceptance/Verification process at Business Mail Entry Unit; enter mail directly at Origin or Destination facilities

Best Ship can perform Destination Entry for additional postage discount when volume and transportation requirements are established by the mailer. Companies that can provide an accurate predetermined weight in their data will allow Best Ship to process all packages in Batch Mode and print your labels in the required sortation per facility or sortation requirements. This process allows for minimal time and effort to properly sort and label your USPS containers for acceptance.
The Best Ship Zone Skip™ screen gives your company the ability to view and print Intelligent Mail Sack and Pallet tags for your presort destination entry or 3/5digit along with ADC sortation. Best Ship will add a “Sortation Notation” to each of your labels to assist in the required sortation to the proper facility.
