Some tips before contacting Support.
Printer
1.Please make
sure the labels are correctly loaded in the printer.
2.Turn the
power off on the back of the printer and then back on.
3.Open
BESTSHIP under the Tools tab scroll down to Thermal
Printer.
4. Select
Reload fonts/Graphics. the data light will flash for up
to a minute.
on the best ship screen click the ok button only after
the data light
on the printer stops blinking. then on the BESTSHIP
screen under Tools scroll down to
Thermal Printer and then select reset the the print
sample label. after you have completed
these steps if you are still having trouble contact
support.

Please let them know you are using a model Z4MPlus
printer and the label size is 4x6
and that you are printing portrait, and that the labels
that you are using are thermal.
